1. General Terms
   By shopping on us.bibsworld.com, you agree to our terms and conditions. These apply to all purchases made on the webshop. BIBS Denmark ApS is responsible for the webshop, and we recommend that you read the terms carefully as they may change over time.
   
   
2. Payment Options
   We accept payment via credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Visa Electron, Maestro and many other options. The amount will be charged to your account when your order has been shipped. You will receive an order confirmation via email once your purchase has been completed.
   
   
3. Subscription Services
   We offer subscriptions on selected products. To create a subscription, you must purchase a minimum of 3 products. You can cancel your subscription at any time without fees. Cancellation can be done via your account or by contacting our customer service at care@bibsworld.com.
   
   
4. Shipping Costs and Delivery Times
   Shipping costs and delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping: $11, free shipping on orders over $49.

Delivery Time: We strive to deliver your order within 2-5 business days, depending on your location and carrier. Please note that this is an estimate, and we cannot guarantee delivery within this time frame.
You will see the total shipping cost at checkout.

1. Return and Refund
   If you wish to return a product, please contact us at care@bibsworld.com to initiate the return process.
   Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
   Returned products must be in new, unused, and unopened condition, with all original product inserts and accessories. The original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defect or incorrect shipment.
   For assistance with returns, contact us via email, and we will guide you through the process.
   
   You retain the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the product. The returned items must be shipped back within this 14-day period. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days of the product's arrival at our warehouse.

   We recommend obtaining a track-and-trace number when returning products. BIBS Denmark ApS reserves the right to withhold the refund until the products have been received or documentation of the return has been provided.
   Please note: We can only return funds to the original payment method.
   
   

2. Policy for Returning Items with a Free Gift
   If returning items from an order that included a free gift, and the returned items reduce your order total below the qualifying threshold for the gift, the free gift must also be returned. Should you fail to return the free gift, its original price will be deducted from your refund.

   Policy for Returning Items from Multi-Item Promotions (e.g., 5-for-4 Offers)
   Items purchased as part of a multi-item promotion, such as a 5-for-4 deal, must generally be returned as a complete set. If you opt to return only part of the promotional set, the discount associated with the offer will no longer apply. Your refund will be adjusted accordingly, and the retained items will be charged at their full individual price.

   Policy for returning bundles
   If you wish to return a bundle (a combination of two or more individual products sold as a set at a discounted price), all items in the bundle must be returned together to receive a refund. Partial returns are not possible. If you wish to keep any item(s), you will need to place a new order for those items.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
   If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery at care@bibsworld.com, including photos of the damaged package and or item. Photo/image documentation is a requirement for processing the return. We will address your complaint as soon as possible, and in the case of an error on our part, the original shipping and handling costs will be refunded.
   
   
4. Order Changes and Cancellations
   Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed as we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick delivery.
   Please note that failure to collect your order from the delivery point does not constitute a cancellation.
   When you choose not to pick up your order from the delivery point, you are not entitled to a refund for the shipping cost.
   
   
5. Right of Withdrawal
   You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at care@bibsworld.com.
   Returned items must be in unused condition and in their original packaging. You are responsible for covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
   
   
6. Liability and Disclaimer
   We reserve the right to change prices, descriptions, and availability of products without notice. We strive to ensure that the information on the website is accurate, but errors may occur. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible to find a solution.
   
   
7. Complaints
   If you experience any issues with your order (e.g., missing or incorrect items), contact us at care@bibsworld.com as soon as possible. Please provide a detailed description of the issue.
   
8. Competitions - Terms & Conditions - Hide & Seek 

   Entry Period
   The BIBS x Moomin “Hide & Seek” competition (the “Competition”) runs from September 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET through September 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the “Entry Period”).

   How to Enter
   To enter, participants must locate the character “Stinky” on the BIBS website during the Entry Period and submit their email address through the designated Competition sign-up form. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person and email address. Multiple entries from the same person or email address may be disqualified.

   No Purchase Necessary
   No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase an entrant’s chances of winning.

   Eligibility
   The Competition is open to eligible participants who meet the applicable age and residency requirements at the time of entry. Employees of BIBS Denmark ApS, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

   Winner Selection
   Five (5) winners will be selected at random from all eligible and valid entries received during the Entry Period. The random drawing will take place within five (5) days after the Entry Period closes.

   Prize
   Each winner will receive one (1) exclusive BIBS x Moomin PR box, with an estimated retail value of $84.32. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for another product, except at the discretion of BIBS Denmark ApS.

   Winner Notification
   Winners will be notified by email using the email address provided at the time of entry. Winner notifications will be sent on or around September 18, 2026.

   Claim Period
   Selected winners must respond to the winner notification within five (5) days of notification in order to claim their prize. If a selected winner does not respond within the required period, is unable to accept the prize, or is otherwise ineligible, BIBS Denmark ApS reserves the right to select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.

   Prize Delivery
   Prizes will be shipped to the mailing address confirmed by each winner. BIBS Denmark ApS is not responsible for prizes that are delayed, lost, or damaged after shipment to the address provided by the winner.

   Marketing and Personal Data
   By entering the Competition, participants acknowledge that the email address provided may be used for the purposes described in the consent language presented on the Competition sign-up form. Where the participant provides the required marketing consent, their email address may be added to the BIBS marketing list and used for marketing communications through Klaviyo. Participants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time. Personal data will otherwise be handled in accordance with the BIBS Privacy Policy.

   Discount Code
   All eligible entrants who successfully submit an entry through the Stinky Hide & Seek sign-up form will receive a discount code, providing 10% off sitewide.

   The discount code is exclusively available to participants who enter the Competition through the designated Stinky Hide & Seek form. The code expires on October 31, 2026, and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other promotional codes unless otherwise stated.

   General Competition Conditions
   BIBS Denmark ApS reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, automated, or otherwise violates these Competition Terms and Conditions. BIBS Denmark ApS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Competition if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.

   Participation in the Competition constitutes acceptance of these Competition Terms and Conditions.

Note: We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item, follow the returns process, and place a new order for the desired product.
